What started as a dream of a sparkling new bathroom quickly turned into a full-blown nightmare. Each and every step of the renovation process was plagued with issues. First, the plumber we hired proved to be incompetent. Then there were the relentless delays. Materials were missing. The designlooked nothing like what we wanted. We even had to deal
